Registration
IMPORTANT NOTE: The deadline for "Early Bird" registration have been prolonged until 5th of May. So use a chance to register for the conference with the lower fee.
All 7th Conference of Scandinavian-Baltic Society for Parasitology registration fees include attendance in the conference program, get together, social dinner, coffee and lunch on the conference days and handouts.

Register early to take advantage of the lower registration fees. The "early bird" registrations must be made by 5 MAY 2017.

The registration fees are subjected to VAT
Method of payment
All payments must be made in euros (EUR). After registration you will receive an invoice within some days, which should be paid within 10 days after receiving it.

Make sure that the code 21396 and number of the Receipt appear on the MESSAGE FIELD of the bank transfer.
Cancellation
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the conference e-mail (csbsp7@bior.lv) before April 30th 2017. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from all refunds.
Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation can send a request to csbsp7@bior.lv.
The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the attendee. Furthermore, we are able to provide official invitation letters to participants
only when the following conditions are met:
- Participants are known to the given scientific communit;
- Participants have an accepted abstract in the conference;
- Conference participation fee has been paid;
- Participants can be verified to represent e.g. an internationally recognized organization.
